Return & Refund Policy
Modusly accepts eligible returns for stainless steel mesh draining baskets according to the conditions below. This policy explains the return window, product condition requirements, return method, refund timing, exchanges, and product-specific exclusions.
Return Window and Accepted Return Types
Modusly accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery for defective and non-defective products. Product condition: new only. Returned items must be unused, clean, dry, free of food residue, free of water spots from use, and returned with original packaging and included components when possible.
Return Method, Label, and Fees
Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should repackage baskets securely so mesh, rims, handles, and feet are protected during return transit.

Condition Notes for Stainless Mesh Products
Items that have been used for food prep, washed in a way that leaves residue, bent after delivery, scratched, dented, missing pieces from a set, or returned without protective packaging may not qualify for a refund. Returned products must remain in new condition so the mesh weave, rim, handle joints, base feet, and set quantity can be inspected accurately.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, email care@modusly.shop before mailing it back. Include the order number, item name, a short description of the issue, photos of the basket or set, close photos of any bent mesh, broken handle, loose rim, or missing part, and photos of the package if shipping damage is visible.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, send care@modusly.shop the order number, customer name, item name, reason for return, and supporting photos when applicable. Returns that arrive without order identification may take longer to process. Do not send used food-contact items without contacting support first.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post funds to the account.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Accept exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available. If the requested size, shape, or basket style is unavailable, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
