Customers agree to use the website for lawful shopping and support purposes only. You may not misuse checkout functions, submit false information, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, or use the site in a way that harms Modusly, service providers, or other customers.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, billing, shipping, email, and phone information. A complete delivery address is required for successful shipment. Modusly is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete addresses, incorrect ZIP codes, inaccessible delivery locations, or customer-provided information that cannot be verified.
Product Information
Modusly works to describe basket material, dimensions, mesh style, rim type, handle shape, base feet, set quantity, care notes, and package contents clearly. Minor visual differences may occur because of photography, lighting, display settings, or metal reflection.
Product Use and Care
Products are intended for ordinary kitchen rinsing, draining, sink-side prep, and food preparation according to the product description. Customers are responsible for handling mesh baskets safely, checking fit before use, drying items after washing, and avoiding misuse that may bend mesh, loosen rims, or damage handles.
Orders, Pricing, and Availability
Orders are subject to acceptance, inventory availability, payment authorization, fraud review, and fulfillment status. Modusly may cancel or refund an order if payment cannot be confirmed, inventory becomes unavailable, order information appears inaccurate, or a website error affects product information or pricing. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or other checkout methods shown at checkout. Modusly does not store full payment card numbers. Billing information must match the selected payment method, and failed, pending, disputed, or high-risk payments may delay or cancel an order.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, returns, refunds, and payment handling are governed by the related policies on modusly.shop. Customers should read these policies before placing an order. If a conflict appears between a product page and a policy page, contact care@modusly.shop for clarification before ordering.
